Due to the new GDPR legislation we need members to be aware of the following:

We have your contact details (address/email/phone no) so that we can send you the programme of events, make you aware of extra courses and let you know your times. These details are now kept in a secure password protected file, the only people with access are Becky Madeley (secretary and membership), Ailsa Trafford (Chair) and Hannah Coxon (Team Coordinator). Your details are also shared with British Riding Club Headquarters to process your annual membership.

Your details are not shared with any other third party and if you should leave the club your details will be deleted.
